Excellent team and great experience Did my Open Water certification with Quincy last week and I had an amazing experience. He was knowledgeable, patient and the training was a lot of fun. We did 2 dives as well outside of my certification training and the entire team was fantastic. Special thanks to Oschell who was also very fast on answering my questions before arrival and once in Barbados. I highly recommend Barbados Blue for diving and snorkeling activities.

Poor customer care Barbados blue were very happy to take our booking. Then contacted us to say that the trip could not take place and could we schedule a different date. This was not possible due to us flying out of the county. They have not responded to any of my emails for a refund. This I think is a very poor customer experience and should be addressed. Please if you are thinking of booking with this company you may not get your experience or a refund.

Customer service was better than the water if that's possible The only thing better than the water was the customer service! Mia was an excellent dive master and the boat crew was amazing. After we return from the dives, I reached out and requested the underwater photos that they had taken. Beautiful memories were shared with me the same day! Thank you for a beautiful trip and I will be back

Ok dive sites, great team. Easy two dives (18m max) at Boot Reef and Asta Reef. Both around 50min. Coral was healthy but not a tremendous amount of sea life - the two massive seahorses at Boot Reef and the spotted eagle rays were the two noteworthy highlights. Team was great, helpful with safety and checks, and at check-in we were asked to speak to a doctor on the phone when filling out the waiver. #11 van drops you off a block from the shop, and the beach bars around it are a great place to spend the rest of the day.

Amazing dive experience Barbados Blue is a fantastic dive shop that I would highly recommend. Their rental equipment looks brand new and the BCDs have integrated weights which I have never seen before so nice not to have to goof around with belts. They have a lot of staff in the shop to help you and they actually answer their emails and phone!! I needed to have some accomodation with my regulator and they were more than happy to change their reg to suite my needs, which they didn't have to do. On the boat, they have multiple staff to help with equipment setup and getting to the entry area safely. The dive briefing was really well done, explaining safety procedures and what critters you may see on the dive. The surface interval wasn't rushed and they had the most amazing ginger tea, banana bread and orange slices to help with tummy issues and hunger in between dives such a nice and appreciated touch!! Once back at the dive shop they had lots of organized and labeled tubs for rinsing off equipment and a shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash with hot water that seemed to go on forever so everyone could have a rinse if they wanted to. The morning dive leaves at 9:30am so you dont have to get up a the crack of dawn to get there if you are not staying at the Hilton, which I wasn't huge plus since I was a 1/2 hour cab ride away. Their prices may seem a bit higher, on first inspection, than some shops around them but the rental equipment is included in the price (they give discounts for those people who have their own) but for what you get they are so worth it. Doing research in Canada, I chose them because of the great reviews they had so here is another I was thrilled with my dive experience with BB and I highly recommend them!!

If we find ourselves in Barbados, we'll be calling Barbados Blue again! We booked Barbados Blue Water for a 2 tank dive while in port with a cruise ship. We took a shared taxi to the dive shop. One of us has his own gear, the other rented dive gears from the shop. We had to wade through the water to board the dive boat, which was fine with us - just an FYI. You'll be getting wet eventually anyway! ;-) We stopped at the Finger and the Marine Park. Both dives were terrific - we saw a wolf eel, seahorse, many puffer fish, a flying gurnard, several turtles, too many beautiful fish and coral to mention! Amy was our dive master, and she was terrific.

We had a great time with Barbados Blue! We set up the dive 2 days before hand and the staff couldn't any friendlier and informative! My daughter and I are open water certified but they included a refresher course before the dive to make sure we were all caught up on safety, etc... They have several different packages so just talk with them and they will set you right up!
