Great dives and dive shop! My wife and I had a great two tank dive with Barbados Blue. It was our second time diving with them (previously dove in 2023) and were very pleased with all aspects of the experience as we had been in 2023.They are professional, competent, fun and focused on making a great experience for the divers while ensuring safety. So glad we dove with them again and look forward to another dive next time we are on the island.

Don't care about your safety, only your $$$ They don't care about safety with such a restrictive cancellation policy. Got sick and tried to get in touch with them and they would not respond until after the appointment. Guess they want you to dive sick or lose the money you pay upfront. They were very responsive before they got my money, but afterward you can't get ahold of them. BAD business practice in a sport that requires safety at the highest.Read More

Non-responsive We attempted to contact this company for two days prior to our scheduled excursion because we needed to cancel due to illness (which it is dangerous to dive sick). Unfortunately, we did not receive any response during that time. It was only after the excursion time had passed that we finally heard back — at which point we were told it was too late for a refund.We made every effort to reach out in advance, and the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. It felt as though once payment was received, customer service became a low priority.
We understand cancellation policies, but timely communication matters.

Great Dive Team The team at Barbados Blue is outstanding! They know the local dives sites extremely well. They are always focused on safety while, at the same time, offering great dive experiences all along the south and west coasts of Barbados (apparently, they sometimes venture to the east and north as well). The dive masters, boat captains, and other crew members work well together. They make clients feel welcome and comfortable. They taylor individual dives to diver goals (wreck, reef, photography, etc.) and experience. I completed 16 dives over 8 days and am looking forward to going back ASAP. We saw it all ! Guided by pros Mia and Dane Wow what an experience we had scuba diving. I asked my godson (13 years) what was the best thing “shipwrecks, seahorses, rays, octopus, lobster well and the swarms of fish!” Couldn’t have asked for more. Led so professionally by Mia and Dane, from start to finish, we will be back. Best Dive Shop In Barbados, Highly Recommend! Amazing dive sites, lovely staff and great-well maintained equipment! Captains always have a great music taste, which fills the atmosphere with life. The amount of divers are always kept at a good amount so that the crowd size is never too big and to ensure safety. Highly recommend!Read More

Excellent team and great experience Did my Open Water certification with Quincy last week and I had an amazing experience. He was knowledgeable, patient and the training was a lot of fun. We did 2 dives as well outside of my certification training and the entire team was fantastic. Special thanks to Oschell who was also very fast on answering my questions before arrival and once in Barbados. I highly recommend Barbados Blue for diving and snorkeling activities.Read More

Poor customer care Barbados blue were very happy to take our booking. Then contacted us to say that the trip could not take place and could we schedule a different date. This was not possible due to us flying out of the county. They have not responded to any of my emails for a refund. This I think is a very poor customer experience and should be addressed. Please if you are thinking of booking with this company you may not get your experience or a refund.Read More
