PROJECT AWARE International Clean-up Day Success!

Barbados Blue the PADI Project Aware shop conducted another underwater Cleanup last Saturday.  Since 1997 these cleanups have focused on Carlisle Bay, where there are 5 ship wrecks and a Marine Park, and is a natural sink for debris flowing through water courses from way inland.

Sea Turtle Rescue = A Great Day!

This juvenile Green Turtle was found suffering in some fishing gear and was rescued by divers this morning.  He was fed and rested and has since been released a free turtle   Congrats and thank you to all involved!

Hilton Barbados Guests Free Snorkeling

Scuba Diving in September

A general update and what we look like at the moment:
Water temp -  29 C/85 F
Visibility – average to above average 60-90 feet, max 120 ft/min 30 ft
Weather – beautiful to partly shortly cloudy
Marine life – as always lots of turtles Hawksbills and Greens, Eagle Rays (yes Keith!), sea horses, southern sting rays.  No mantas [...]
